I think what’s being missed in dismissing this outright is that the piece never actually explains the mechanism it promises to explain. It asks all the obvious questions — is it MLM, is it legal, how does the math work — and answers none of them before pointing at the link. Asking the right questions still owes the reader the answer, otherwise the questions were just a hook.
Ade, one correction worth making first — the phrase the post leans on isn’t a legal category, it’s marketing language for a compensation structure. Calling any comp plan a loophole implies something clever is being exploited rather than merely explained, and the post never actually explains the mechanism. If the structure is sound it survives being described plainly.
At my age I have learned to be suspicious of any promise phrased as a question and followed immediately by an instruction to click somewhere for the answer. Several questions were asked here. Not one was answered in the piece itself.
