Why I love Internet Marketing

As a consummate student of many subjects… one of my most favorite subjects is Internet Marketing.

I was attracted to internet marketing for the financial gain (at first). People have asked me what I spend all my time doing and I tell them I am on a mission to master the skill of internet marketing. Quite frankly, it is very addictive; everyday I seek to discover something new. The combination of the challenge, the continuation of knowledge that we’re offered, and the financial reward, is exactly what fuels my fire.

Internet Marketing is an industry that doesn’t sleep. It is ever evolving, just like life, which makes for an even better opportunity to grow as a person. They say that network marketing is really about personal development. When someone hears this for the first time, most don’t realize the depth of the statement.

I have discovered personally what I need to overcome to reach my goals. For me, that’s not only life changing and priceless, but something I didn’t expect. A lot of people come online to make money, but why do the majority fail?

They fail for several reasons: People don’t like change… they give up because they don’t know how to connect all the moving parts. They get impatient with the lack of results, or they haven’t made a dime and spent A LOT of money trying. They give up for one of two reasons, they realized it really wasn’t for them, or they didn’t give themselves enough time to prosper.

The people who “Succeed” might not make 5 figures in their first 90 days, but most likely, they have used their charisma to work around areas they aren’t yet familiar with, are pragmatic in their approach, and are consistent in their actions. You don’t need to know everything before you begin, which is what I am guilty of. I think people expect me to have all the answers… Dani Johnson teaches a statement that I am now learning to use more and more, “I don’t know, all I know is”.

If you hear someone say this, it either means they are really smart or they are implementing as they learn the industry and are genuinely telling you the truth. The bottom line is, the industry can’t be taught or learned overnight. You don’t have to be the “king of not calling a lead” or the “magnetic sponsoring guru”.

Those who “make it”, have mastered the skill of authentically influencing people who also have a strong desire to succeed… and print money from their computer with a push of a button. Ha-ha… (had to put that in here).

If there’s anything I’ve learned so far, it is to be yourself, learn from the best in the business and take massive action until you see the results you intend to receive.

P.S. Leave me your thoughts, comments, and questions below.

In prosperity,
Carey Rapier

This post really hit home for me. I’ve been struggling with keeping up with all the changes in internet marketing, but you’re right—consistency and learning from the best is key. Thanks for sharing such valuable insights!

I’ve heard a lot about magnetic sponsoring, but I’m still skeptical. Does it really work for beginners with no prior experience? If possible, could you share some examples or evidence of success?

This is an inspiring post, Carey! I’m curious, how did you manage to stay motivated in the early stages when results were slow? I often find myself frustrated with the lack of progress.

While I appreciate the enthusiasm in this post, I feel like you downplayed how challenging the start-up phase can really be. It’s not as easy as just taking action, especially when you have limited resources. Maybe a little more practical advice would help.

Hey Carey, it’s been a while! Loved this post, and it reminds me of the times we worked on similar strategies together. We should definitely catch up soon—maybe over coffee? Keep up the amazing work!

Wow, I had a similar problem with impatience! I was about to quit because I didn’t see results right away, but your post helped me realize that persistence is key. Thank you for this!
