The key to success is it the mlm company or your inner circle

In my opinion, both are equally important if you’re goal is to be successful in Network Marketing. The reason I say that is this, you can be part of a GREAT company but if your inner circle is weak you’ll have a long journey to success. If you’re in an MLM company you will agree that this is an industry of duplication.

Ask yourself: Who have you been duplicating?

Does that person or group of people reflect the vision that you have for your future?

If the answer is no, the reality is that you’re on your own my friend. Now don’t misunderstand what I’m saying here, you can definitely become successful on your own but the power of an inner circle will expedite the process.

I’ve been blessed to work with a powerful group of individuals that have absolutely aided in my road to success. The inner circle I’ve built is irreplaceable and I give tons of gratitude to everyone that I’ve worked with outside of my circle.

See, what you’re looking for in an MLM Company is a solid product, reputable owners, great leadership, and a top notch training system. Anything more is just icing on the cake.

In addition to great leadership, regular training sessions, and a family-like relationship, the inner circle you’re looking for must have a duplicatable system that is scalable. That is the foundation that will put you on the beaches of the world so long as you stick to the system long enough.

In my opinion, the best duplicatable system is an automated one.

The reason I say that is because I’ve built an organization before using a system that wasn’t automated. I discovered that the information that my front line was given was not the same information that my 5^th and 6^th level was given.

I found myself on the phone 24/7 manually trying to create duplication throughout my entire team. Like many of you, I personally got involved in this industry to enjoy time freedom with my friends and family. I had no time and no freedom.

I’m glad that those days are over as my team is now experiencing massive duplication thanks to the automated system that we have in place.
