thank u D&D;

A quick aside

You have been paid late before

You have watched the number on the dashboard not match the number in your account. What is different now is simple: it settles on a public contract you can check yourself, not a dashboard I control.

Read the contract →

Most participants earn little to nothing. No income is guaranteed. You can verify every payout on the public smart contract.

  1. I ran this checklist against three companies before picking one, spreadsheet and everything — management team, market trend, product category, comp structure. Two failed on the compensation question, one on ‘is the market already flooded.’ The third took me six weeks just to get a straight answer to that flood question. Worth every hour, but nobody warns you the research alone eats a month.

    1. Fine, the four-box checklist helped Kelsey rule out two companies. Good. But look at box one: ‘excellent management team.’ How do you evaluate that from outside as a prospect being recruited? You’re trusting the same person’s pitch to judge whether the person is trustworthy. The whole framework assumes an objectivity nobody in that room actually has.
