MLM recruiting can be quite difficult for most marketers, as it can be hard to keep sponsoring people. When nobody is in your downline, your whole entire business is dead, so MLM marketers know the importance of sponsoring and recruiting as much people as possible.
Tip 1- Remember to leverage your time by working in groups. Many MLM marketers who have been at this for a long time should know the importance of working with reps by educating them about marketing and how to sponsor. The only problem for some is that most of them are always doing one on one coaching without even thinking about the time they will get to save if they do it in groups. So if you have time to spend one or two hours each day guiding your reps, then do it in groups. The ways you can do this is by webinars, conference calls or maybe even live streaming. At least this way, you can leverage your time to get more things done.
Tip 2- Remember to outsource your efforts. Most people forget about the fact that the people they taught before are actually pretty knowledgeable now. So if you’re doing any type of offline marketing, remember that at least one of your reps knows how to present the product or opportunity, so don’t be afraid to get a few people to teach your new reps. Once you do this, you could start to see some growth in your downline.
Tip 3- Decide on how many people you will work with each day. Most marketers don’t create goals on how many people they will help in a day. So they end up always coaching one group, then later on they end up teaching everybody else in one day. So, decide how many people you will work with each day and stick to it.
Tip 4- Don’t be afraid to use the Internet. Remember that the Internet is extremely powerful to find new associates for your MLM. Some companies utilize systems, most don’t. I personally use the Internet entirely for my MLM business. This gives me a chance to connect and reach talented individuals from anywhere in the world. The point is to keep expanding your efforts so that more people will join your downline.
Tip 5- Make sure you are teaching correctly. Remember that everything is not Duplicable. What works for you may not work for your reps. The only way that it will work is if you had a proven, step by step system in place. If this is not the case, you will need to create a system, which will take a lot of time if you don’t know what you’re doing, or you can find a team/company that has proven systems in place to help you succeed. Never try to reinvent the wheel when beginning. You wanna do what works.
Bonus Tip- Be Consistent. Creating network marketing success all starts by getting more reps. Don’t be afraid to keep sponsoring and adding more and more people to your downline. MLM recruiting should never be difficult, just remember to keep following the tips above so that you could soon start sponsoring more reps.
