Making time for each of your recruits will help you to create a solid foundation of active recruits. When individuals feel they have a support network and that their up-line is concerned about their success, they will stay motivated and continue moving forward. Having a team of highly motivated team members will give you the momentum to grow your business and gain wealth that you want.
Part of maintaining momentum requires an investment of time in helping your team members achieve success. This requires that you spend one-on-one time with your recruits and provide extra training in areas where they may need assistance. Investing personal attention to your team members will not only help them to grow their businesses
The costs involved in growing a business is a combination of time and money. A person will not find a free MLM that will provide them with the kind of wealth that they want. The investment that you make initially will be returned and multiplied, but you will need to make an investment in your future success.
