My all time favorite tape. Changed my life. Because I had my mind open to hearing the message in it… and didn’t let some idiotic ego get in the way of taking advice from someone having success. As for “Brent” up there… why in the hell would you ever focus on any kind of failure rate?

A champion focuses ONLY on (1) Who’s WON here before. and (2) How did they do it.

Only a LOSER focuses on failure. That goes ANYWHERE in life… so drop the bottle, change your diapers… and grow the hell up… the world. is. real. Deal with it.

Plus… that cliche you’re throwing around is completely false and makes you look like a wussie bro. ;0) Man up.

Awesome post & audio, Dave. I love Amway tapes… they’re so inspirational. A few days ago, I had to search around my house for my old Amway CDs and started listening to them again.

I love Dave Severn. He doesn’t sugar coat anything. He tells it like it is. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you for posting this classic. I wish I had some of my old DBR tapes. Amway was my first attempt at network marketing, and while I was not successful with it, I loved my time there.

I LOVE this tape dude – my favorite speech of all time – to me, this is better than ‘I have a dream’ by Martin Luther King Jr.

You are exactly the kind of pig he’s talking about.you should listen to his other tape where he talks about Mickey mouse with the tails in between the legs and squeaking around and that could be you too now.
