Holy Smokes!
I just got out of the ‘Live The Dream’ event in Las Vegas and had one of the most profound experiences ever – but at the event itself I had a massive realization as to the actual ‘SIZE’ of my team. (You guys rock) – I decided to do a last minute private mastermind session with my actual team only (no guests invited – just team members) and I was expecting about 20 people to show up.
We had 150 people there! (about 1/4 people out of the ENTIRE MLSP event 
)
What you’re about to watch is the first 23 minutes of the meeting – the video got cut off after that because someone called the Fire Marshall – there was 50 people standing neck to neck out in the hotel hallway trying to get in the mastermind (all in the team) and so after this we moved up to a sweet on the top floor – hopefully I can get the video out later – but for now – check this out:

I agree with all the things you’ve mentioned, however like you said on the finish, I at all times end up going back to how I used to do things. It’s a by no means ending circle. Writing issues down is a superb idea. I’ve recently starting storing adjustments in day by day processes in spreadsheet recordsdata, so I can use them like a test list. The one downside then is that the list will get too long and I start missing bits out! Getting into a rountine when one thing is modified is one of the best recommendation I can give.
