This is actually going to be one of the EASIEST pages on this site to write. I actually have large organizations right now in 2 separate companies, and let me tell you, this is the simplest compensation plan I could possibly explain.
BEFORE I do, though – understand that every comp plan has advantages and disadvantages. LeadNetPRO is what’s called a ‘GPT’ or ‘Get Paid Today’ business model – which usually means there is very little residuals.
Such is the case here – I can show you how to make one sale, or even 3 or 4 per day – but when you stop, the income stops. The reason I brought that up is just because there are some LeadNetPRO reps online saying it has the ‘best compensation plan ever…’, and the reality is – it’s a great way to make an extra $3,000-$9,000 per month NOW – while you’re building a residual income.
I consider LeadNetPRO to be an ‘Extra‘ source of income outside of my core business – and it works great for an extra $900 a day or so.
So let me show you how the LeadNetPRO compensation plan works, and why it’s awesome:
LeadNetPRO employs a unique concept, where when a customer comes on board, they pay their sponsor directly, through a merchant account or through PayPal a $300 one time payment that activates the software. This $300 payment is put into what’s called a ’1 up’ compensation model.
100% of that payment is profit for the sponsor after the first rep is enrolled.
So, in other words – when you sponsor your FIRST rep, that sale passes up to who enrolled you – and that allows you to earn bonuses WAY down in depth in your team as it expands. Let’s look at this picture:
So you see in the picture – the FOCUS of the LeadNetPRO Compensation Plan is direct sales, not building residuals – HOWEVER, you can earn significant up front additional money just by referring a few people in per week.
Let’s look at some math as a hypothetical example of how much you could earn if you learn to recruit:
Sponsor 1 = $300 + Profit
Sponsor 10 = $3000 + Profit
Sponsor 30 = $9,000 + Profit
Now, let’s say you sponsor 30 per month (very easy if you have access to our LeadNetPRO team training), and let’s say that just HALF of them sponsor one, and only 1/3 of those sponsored one!
You sponsoring 30 = $9,000 Profit, plus
15 Sponsor 1 = $4,500 Profit, Plus
5 Sponsor 1 = $1,500 Profit
That’s a total of $15,000 for ONE MONTH deposited DIRECTLY into your bank account with no middle man!
Now, that’s just part of it, let’s look at some of the other things that you’re going to have access to as a part of LeadNetPRO:
So you don’t just have access to a compensation plan, you have access to a COMPLETE CAPTURE, lead management system that you can use to build your business and profit again, and again, and again.
I always say with companies – the SYSTEM is more important than the product. If you’ve got a step by step system, you can create leverage and be in an environment to earn a virtually unlimited income. If you’ve got a POOR system – a great product can stack up in your garage…
