How To Recruit And Motivate Your Team By Creating ‘EXCLUSIVE’ Buy In…

I wanted to create a video explaining the philosophy, mentality, and ‘PROCESS’ that allow you to recruit and create ‘buy in’ in a team behind any concept, and will also allow you to double your sponsoring and recruiting efforts.  Check it out – and leave me your thoughts:

I’ve used these (and other) concepts to sponsor 1300 people into MLSP, more than 420 reps into my primary company (Numis), and ALSO, to rally my team behind concepts, strategies, and ideas that allow them to recruit and succeed like crazy.  Enjoy, and tweet it for me.

To the TOP,
David Wood

P.S.  Let me know your thoughts on the concepts -

Brilliant as usual, Dave. For too many, trying to market on the internet is really just avoidance behavior. Plus, as you've repeatedly said, it's a much tougher and longer path than simply talking to people.

Is the content in your group from MLM Systerm Pro or content you created.

Dave, I like how you use the internet marketing strategies as the carrot on the stick to entice and motivate your team to start with the offline strategies first. Everyone wants to become an internet marketing master because it's sexier, more fun, easier (they think), and cooler, yet as you've pointed out numerous times, there is big money to be made offline and it should NOT be neglected!

So Dave...do you require your entire team to buy this training of yours $20/wk? On top of Leads Pro + Numis autoship. Don't you think in this economy people will have a hard time with all of those expenses?

Hey David, Great stuff man. I've been learning from you for a while and you're an excellent teacher. Very calm and relaxed. You do an excellent job at NLP and holding peoples attention. I really like some of the mindset tips you dropped bro in regards to how to position yourself as a leader when communication with prospects. Both verbally and non. Great stuff David!

Offline rocks! Although u can use online (Twitter, Facebook) to make a connection, then move to offline - as soon as you can.

hehe, a "privilege" lol, that's a nice thought and will take some time to get there. Im starting to think you have clones, 1 guy on skype, 1 guy writing articles on your blog, like 10 guys working on trainings and webinars and who knows how many others lol. 1300 people into mlsp, that's a mind boggling number that I want to create very soon! I look forward to our next chat, good stuff!

David, Thanks for pulling back the curtain and letting us peer in. Your thoughts on the greater potential of the offline market are dead on, I think in our quest for the "easy button" we often miss the greater opportunity. Carl

Great video as usual...ok to send it to my prospects?? I'm sure it is but just wanted to ask. I am ( stunned and excited ) using your tools program and enjoying the contacts that I am making. It is easier than I thought possible...I am getting over the fear and looking forward to NO as learned at Numis 2. Thanks

Great Stuff David. You are absolutely correct online will 100% get you in front of a large amount of people, however if you haven't done attraction marketing correctly you will not be able to influence that group as strongly as a in person (off line) approach. I love your system and the way we can duplicate it with in our team very easily. Best Wishes. ~ Michael Howard

You're like the proverbial bull in a china shop smashing all the 'molds'... growing a business absolutely takes Offline and Online work... no matter what. I'm looking foward to surfing in Costa with you one day.

Finally David comes clean. The real money is in off line. All this nonsense about online is nauseating, and plainly dishonest. That said, I like your stuff David!

Stepping on toes, ooch! Dam are you good, but of course you know that. Your trainings are intense and Life bending. Thanks for the leadership. I will see you at the top. Keep on smiling. ;)

I don't require my team to do anything. That isn't $20 per week for training, it's $20 per week that goes into marketing materials, much like a co-op, but a more efficient and effective concept. The REASON that people struggle in business is because they're not willing to put the time, energy, and money required to make their business profitable. If someone uses the materials (offline marketing stuff) they make money from using them - it's a win/win concept. Hope that helps. -dave P.S. Only about a third of my team builds offline. Although it's the fastest growing part of my team, it's a relatively lower percentage of 'core' people who want bigger results.

Ha ha - dude you should be training - 15 years old and you've already made over $5k online, seriously you're a ninja Jamie :) -dave

You rock man :) Of course you can send the vid to your prospects, as is the case with any of my vids - feel free to re-post it on your blog, as well. -dave

:) Recruiting is the easy part, that's where I missed it when I first got online - the bigger picture is duplication. -dave

David Wood

That's not necessarily true Michael - (I think you're spot on in the way you meant to say it) Sometimes you have MORE influence over your prospects with attraction marketing - it's just WAY harder to do properly than traditional MLM. That's all. To the top, dave

:) If you like my stuff, then you know I've been teaching the offline market is bigger since around December of last year (took me a few months of online marketing to get that). That being said, I've finally learned the art of integrating the two. Glad to have your comments Kim -dave

I think it was Dan Kennedy that said if people don't get offended in a sales presentation you're not selling right :)
