How to outsource everything in your business, cut your hours back to 10 hours per week, and recruit 500 people in less than a year…

I’ve been wanting to get my buddy Tom Challan on another interview now for the last couple of months, but just have put off doing it (been working on some ‘Top Secret‘ projects).

This is just one of those videos you couldn’t over-promise on – the audio quality isn’t so great (note to self – use a headset on my next interview to avoid annoying echo)

BUT… the CONTENT here is awesome.  This has been in the general direction I’ve been framing my business for the last six months, and some of the things in here have the ability to RADICALLY change the way you think about Network Marketing.  Enjoy:

Tom is one of these guys that understands that SYSTEMS are the most important part of growing a team, and he might not sound like it, but Tom (like myself) really knows how to sell – if you question that, here’s a picture of his wife:

Now, I’ve seen a lot of strange things in my day – but there’s only one reason that I can think of for explaining Tom could have such a gorgeous wife…

…THIS GUY knows how to recruit!

In fact, there’s only one stranger thing that I’ve ran across in the last few years, and that’s this:

So how does a dorky guy get to marry a couple of the hottest, smartest women ever?

Learn how to recruit!  (a useful skill in more ways than just one.  lol.

All laughing aside – listen to Tom in this interview, what he’s saying is absolutely brilliant in more ways than one.  I hope it helps you create a little more ‘freedom’ in your life.

I like Star Trek, and still sponsored 500 people last year!”

Thanks for introducing me to Tom...can't wait to look up more of his stuff. I haven't ever watched a 28 minute video online before today(other than tv shows) - you two are really fascinating

Great post Dave. You and Tom are right here. To grow a big team you have to treat your business like a real business. That means having systems in place that allow you to be more productive. Thank you for the information- and thanks to Tom too. Kim

Dave, appreciate you sharing that great video about the bigger picture and behind the scenes thinking. To be a leader you've got to think like a leader, and to have a large team you've got to think about what is necessary to develop grow and sustain a large team - and how that team can grow without you. And if you can work as little as possible to make that all a reality and be able to live a great life while doing it, what more is there? Great video and insight!

That simple training was electrifying. You know that means something coming from me, being that I don't typically have the attention span to watch something over 3 minutes, particularly if breasts or beer are not somewhere in the conversation. The content made up for the sound quality.
