The Numis Network And The FTC – Is This Company Legit?

If you’re reading this, you may have been on the brink of joining ‘The Numis Network‘ and you just wanted to do some last minute research to make sure that this is a solid, long term company and that it is in full compliance with local, state, and Federal regulations.

It’s ok, and natural to want to research a company to make sure you’re headed in the right direction, especially in the Network Marketing industry, where so many companies start up all the time that ARE NOT legitimate in one way or another.

(That being said – this is an awesome industry). Here are the main points to make sure that a company is in compliance with the FTC:

1. There is an actual product being sold, that consumers would pay for ANYWAYS even if there wasn’t a business involved. The ‘even if there wasn’t a business involved’ is key if you’re talking to Attorney Generals or looking at FTC regulations. The benefit of the Numis Network is that the Numismatics industry is a $100 billion market niche even if Numis didn’t exist. One of the founding partners at Numis, Mike Mezack – PERSONALLY does $100 million in sales annually for this exact product, at this exact price through the Home Shopping Network, and is well known and respected.

2. The company can’t pay commissions for people joining – commissions have to come from the legitimate sale of products and services. Now, that being said, it’s ok to make money when someone joins IF they buy a legitimate product when they do, and the commission is based off of that – not enroller fees. (Sometimes people don’t make that important distinction). In the Numis Network, all of the up-front money is created from the sale of a legitimate product called a ‘Fast Track Collectors Kit’, which retails at a price of $325. The Fast Track Collectors Kit is included in the Executive Package that most Numis reps purchase when they enroll.

3. Distributors can’t be making ‘income promises’. What I mean by that is you can’t use the income that you’ve generated to give incentive for people to enroll. This has more to do with the outside sales force than it does with Corporate – but Numis is very clear in their regulations that Distributors can’t make income claims to prospects. (You’re allowed to do it after someone enrolls, just not as incentive to join.)

4. The FTC doesn’t allow ‘Front End Loading’. Front End Loading was a term coined (no pun intended) from the practice of forcing new reps to purchase unwarranted inventory when they joined. There actually has to be an option to join with no additional product purchase (which Numis has) – but ‘unwarranted purchases’ would be excessive product that you wouldn’t be able to use or sell with normal business activities. The Numis Network top package is only $495, and fits well within all federal, local, and state regulations.

I think it’s important to note that Chris Kent, Jake Kavorkian, and Ian Cordell (The Numis Network’s Founders) have all been well known and respected in this industry for more than 60 years combined, and have personally helped more than 450 companies get started and be in compliance with FTC regulations. The Numis Network definitely is a legitimate opportunity, providing real value to the end consumer.

Joining The Numis Network? Here Are Some Things To Ask Your Sponsor Before You Do…

If you’re reading this article, it’s because you’re looking into joining The Numis Network, or you’re already involved in Numis and you’re for some reason wasting time reading blog posts when you should be prospecting.

Lol.

A lot of times, people who write articles like this are really trying to get you to join them – which is not what I’m doing here. In 2010 (when I wrote this), I’m the #1 recruiter in Numis this year and I actually think that you should join Numis with the first person who told you about it, as long as you talked to them and there are a couple of things in place. Joining with ‘a guru’ isn’t necessary to the success of your business, we should all look to uphold the integrity of the company by helping other people recruit who are new, instead of trying to ‘attraction market’ each others prospects.

Even if your sponsor is brand new to the business, you can feel comfortable joining them because we all work together as a team. However, I have a couple of personal qualifications that I think you should look at before you join (if you haven’t yet), that are important to the long term success of your business.

1. Make sure that the person you’re joining with isn’t a chronic ‘company hopper’. The absolute worst person in the world to get involved with in MLM is someone who is hopping from deal to deal all the time. Just make sure that they are in this for long term, residual income, not to build up a team and then steal them away to another company. I’ve made the mistake of joining someone like this in the past, and I would never, ever do it again in my life.

2. Make sure that your sponsor isn’t sponsoring you by saying things that are absolutely full of shit. Excuse the language there – but sometimes people join an MLM because they never want to pick up the phone, and they want to build a business by walking outside and have the heavens rain down checks. Network Marketing IS NOT a ‘marketing’ business, it is a relationship business, and even if your sponsor is new – make sure that they are willing to build a long term relationship with you and be in business with you in a year. The side affect of joining a leader who ‘doesn’t pick up the phone’ is that when you call them – they won’t ever pick up the phone. Lol.

How the hell are you going to learn from someone like that? Those people need to get out of Network Marketing.

3. Make sure that your sponsor is plugged into the company system. The Numis Network has a proven, time tested company system that works whether you’re building online or offline, and it’s important to the longevity of your business that you’re not trying to be a ‘Renegade’. We encourage innovation here, but if you badmouth what the company is doing, you’ll never grow a residual income.

That’s really it for me – if you’ve got a COMMITTED sponsor, I think you should join with them even if they’ve NEVER done the business before, because the leadership team will still help you to do what it takes to reach your goals, even if your sponsor doesn’t know what they’re doing (yet) – just make sure they’re not going to get you in and then run, you want someone who will be here a year from now. The Numis Network Compensation Plan ROCKS – Here’s How To Make $10,000 Per Month FAST…

If you’re here – it’s because you’re either involved in The Numis Network, or you’re looking at it as a way to create some additional wealth in your life, and you want to understand not only the compensation plan – but how to create a solid six figure income in Numis.

When I got involved in The Numis Network back in March of 2010, I didn’t really understand how the comp plan worked – the ‘coded bonuses’ intimidated me, and I fumbled around explaining it in my first 3 weeks – but then something happened. My third week in the business, I sponsored a guy, who sponsored a guy, who sponsored a lady, who sponsored a guy that came in 5 levels down.

This random guy that I had never met brought in 12 people in 5 days, and my third week my check was LITERALLY thousands of dollars more than I thought it would be. Now that’s not an income projection, and of course what happens in your own business is going to depend on a lot of factors, including how hard you work, your skills, and the team system that you’re using, but let me explain how to create up front money consistently with The Numis Network, even if you haven’t been involved for very long.

The Numis Network Compensation Plan really is 2 comp plans built into one – they have a front end up front money plan (what I’m going to discuss in a sec) and a back end residual income plan that’s in a traditional binary structure.

The up front money plan is simple as can be – here’s how it works:

Everyone you sponsor is put into one of two ‘codes’ – the first 3 people you enroll go into the ‘one star’ code, and everyone after that goes into your ‘two star’ code. The two star code has 2 characteristics:

1. Everyone anyone in your 2 star code EVER enrolls who purchases a ‘Fast Track Collectors Kit’ earns $100. This means if your fourth person sponsored 100 people who bought the kit – he would earn $10,000, and you would earn $10,000.

2. The first 3 people ANYONE in your 2 star code enroll are ALSO in your two star code, and that goes unlimited levels deep – meaning rules 1 and 2 apply to all of them.

So without getting 2 complicated – let’s call this fourth person ‘Bob’. Let’s say Bob was your first ’2 star’ distributor – and he sponsored 3, they sponsored 3, and they sponsored 3 and EVERYONE purchased the fast track kit – you would have 27 Executives in your 2 star code (Remember – it goes unlimited levels)

If each one sponsored just 1 person per month – you would earn $2700 per month, because they are ‘coded’ to you. If each one sponsored one per week, you would earn $2700 per week, and so on.

So how do you create a sustainable income in Numis quickly? Help a small group of people in your 2 star code sponsor consistently every week. It’s not just about YOU recruiting, it’s about having a simple system in place that everyone can use to have a consistent amount of success. Help 100 people in your 2 star code sponsor just one person per month, and you will earn $10,000 per month from the 2 star code – regardless of the size of your team. Help 25 sponsor 1 per week, and you’ll earn $10,000 per month as well with a smaller group – it’s all about the success of your team.
