Don’t Give Up!
“Don’t give up” can be a little misleading sometimes. Have you ever wanted something so much that it seemed like you were never going to get it? When you think you’re putting all the pieces together and don’t understand why it hasn’t happened yet? You work day and night, never taking a break for fresh air, all to find yourself intensely deliberating whether you’re wasting your time?
I promised myself I was going to find a way to work for myself no matter what I had to compromise… I wasn’t settling for giving up. See, I had a plan, a very specific plan, it was a vision and …
I was on a mission but I kept running into walls. I started asking myself, “is the writing on the wall? Am I not supposed to be doing this”? The better half of me said, “no way! I am not giving up“.
I get to work from home, create my own schedule, and make unlimited amounts of money. Great plan right?
What better way to have my cake and eat it too! There are few industries, where we can say this… but it takes perseverance and awareness of the goals you want to obtain. The vision has to be clear and your mindset has to be aligned with things outside of your control. We have to let go and be ourselves, allowing the bigger stuff to work itself out. If we are inline with exactly what we want, we don’t have to think about it. We don’t have to question whether it’s right, we just do it… it’s a gut instinct. You gotta have a”No stinken-thinken from any outside nay-sayer will influence my decision” attitude.
Go out there and bulldoze it till you achieve your dream, then share your wealth on what you really want to see change the world.
There comes a time in your life when you might have to sacrifice your lifestyle temporarily to achieve something more satisfying. I am so happy I didn’t give up!
If you are in a position where you really want something yet you are running into challenges, there are a few ways to know if you’re going in the right direction. Ask yourself these two questions when you think of what you want and what you’re doing to achieve it, and pay attention to the way you feel – heart and gut.
Does it feel laborious, painful, and heavy – like you have to push an enormous bolder up a mountain?
Does it feel like if you just keep your focus, vision and purpose, and you know deep inside all the frustration is worth it because you believe in what you’re doing, and you’ll see it through till you achieve the success?
Go with the lighter feeling, the one that gives you more “charge”.
Don’t give up. It isn’t necessarily about the story, but about who you’re able to share your success with, when you surpass your own expectations. I hope this post inspires you in some way. Keep up the good work if you’re on a mission and if you’re looking for a solution to getting better results, you can find me here.
Always in service and prosperity,
