Thanks for the post, David. It actually moved me. ‘Have been with the same company for 10 years (on and off). I had some success during the first 4 years until my income started to dwindle. I went back to the corporate world for 4 years but can’t get mlm out of my mind, esp with the income that I experienced.

I found myself back in mlm a few months ago but I didn’t want to do the traditional approach. ‘Am glad to be learning attraction marketing now. I am still with the same company that I started with. I love the company and have been using the products since day one.

I think you nailed it when you said, “The reason that your company isn’t working isn’t because the comp plan is broken, or the tools aren’t good enough, or that it’s not a pre-launch. The reason is because YOU need to learn some skills and figure it out.”

I am UNMOVABLE in my company because I haven’t used my full potential yet (and we haven’t tried attraction marketing yet). I know it is I who needs to adjust, learn and change and not the company.

I thank you for your leadership.
