How To Use Magnetic Sponsoring To Grow Your MLM Business

Over the last 10 months, I’ve been actively building my MLM business using the internet, and looking back, the results that I’ve produced have been dramatically different from the results that I’ve seen others create using strategies that, on the surface, “appear” to be similar.

For example, out of the leads that I’ve created, I’ve had more than double the response than almost all of my business partners, and I’ve been able to create more loyal subscribers than even the creators of the attraction marketing system that I primarily use to build my organization.

As an example – Brian Fanale, the co-founder of MyLeadSystemPro (the system I use) has brought in over 1500 members and has a little bit more than 200 active subscribers, whereas I’ve brought in about 1000 members, been in a year less, and have more than 350 active subscribers.

(At least that was true when I last asked him – the numbers may have drastically changed).

Now, that’s not to say that I’m better than Brian, just to point out that there must be something that I’ve done a bit differently.

When you’re looking at Magnetic Sponsoring, the essence of what it is is a system of books, trainings, and systems that teach you how to operate your business from the concept of a ‘funded proposal’. A funded proposal is simply a system that enables you to market products and services to your potential customers that create additional profit centers outside of your primary MLM opportunity.

What most people do when they find Magnetic Sponsoring is - they get excited, and rather than pitching their MLM business – what they do is they immediately start pitching Magnetic Sponsoring to everyone, thinking that somehow people will respond differently than when they were ‘pitching’ their opportunity.

Not the case. (When I see people do this – I think one thought – that they must have not read the book they’re pitching).

Lol.

The CORRECT way to use a funded proposal is to do what the authors of the best funded proposal systems have always taught – which is to create YOUR OWN value, content, and information that you give to your prospects, and then rather than ‘pitching’ your opportunity, or a system, or ‘Magnetic Sponsoring’, you recommend using it as an additional ‘value’ to your subscribers.

Seriously, read the book (that’s my first recommendation). Ha ha – if you are going to sell something, know what it says.

How did I do it? Simple – I created my own, entirely independent sales funnel for the system that I market and then my prospects see my recommendations as an ‘expert’ telling them where they can find solutions to their problems, and for some reason that makes people buy stuff like crazy.

What’s been the result of this different approach? More than 1000 members of an attraction marketing system, more than 400 personal recruits into 2 different network marketing companies, and creating more than 17,000 leads my first 10 months online.

BE DIFFERENT – it works, and people will see you as an expert.

Simply ask the question – “What value can I offer that is UNIQUE in the marketplace?” And start your online business there… I’ll see you at the top.

Have you heard of T. N. B. T? This stands for “The Next Best Thing.” And many network marketers fall prey to the belief that the opportunity they have just heard about will be their road to riches. Ask yourself if you can relate to the following:

Two years ago you learned about this FANTASTIC product. It is a nutritional supplement that everyone should take. The product has a revolutionary delivery system and is backed by the leading nutritional experts in this field of supplements. You heard about it from a friend who invited you to meet with a energetic young woman with a flashing lapel pin. It flashes on and off “ask me about (the product name).”

She suggests you too sport the lapel pin. It prompts people to ask you about your business opportunity when you are at the post office, the market, even at the park. You believe in the product and in your friend so you join the company. You stay with them for about three months and you do fairly well. You are getting your supplements for free but not making good money.

Then you hear from a fellow associate about another company. This company is producing a new skin line product line that has the best way to look young and the product is all natural it does no animal testing and it is friendly to the environment. Everyone should be using this line of skin care. And their compensation plan beats the lapel pin company. You now are promoting skin care products.

The next three months you have several skin care parties at your home and the homes of new associates you have signed up. You are able to earn more money on this effort than the last. But you still expected more. Then you learn about a company looking for people to get in on the ground floor. You hear this from a fellow associate from the skin care company.

The company is a huge success in the Netherlands and they have recently moved to this country. Now is the time to jump on the money train.

Your fellow associate is now your new upline. And now you are spending most of you time and money promoting, you know by now right… The Next Best Thing. If all this sounds too familiar you need a system for your networking marketing career. You want to pick and stay with a company that has a good product, one you are happy with, and a good compensation plan; one that rewards honestly and generously.

You can place a system in almost any area of your network business. But the best place to start is to put one in place for generating leads and handling objections.

The biggest problem faced by most people in today’s market is that they don’t have enough high quality, cost effective leads to really sponsor enough people to make their business prosper. The second problem is people don’t understand how to present in such a way as to eliminate and handle objections before they come up.

If you don’t have a good system in place, you will hear stupid objections like “why is the product not in stores? Seven years ago, I bought my first distributor kit in the networking industry. I still remember it like yesterday. I was broke, 21 years old, had no professional connections, I didn’t have a job, and I had just moved to a new town and dropped out of college. I did meetings and no one showed up, and if anyone did they were either homeless or had just been laid off. I walked around in shopping malls every night after work meeting people, getting business cards, approaching phone salesmen, pretending I was interested in buying cars to try and recruit car salespeople, taking walks hoping to bump into someone that wanted to start a business, hanging out in coffee shops, putting fliers on cars……I EVEN tried SELLING SOAP door-to-door (and you thought that guy was a legend…)

Well, 5 years and 3 companies later, I finally ran into some people who knew what I needed to know and I started really making it, growing a dynamic team, and having success doing traditional network marketing. (Home meetings, hotel meetings, Super Saturdays, and LOTS of one-on-ones).

You know what though?
