Bora Bora Day #1: An Old Man In Paradise…
Well, just turned 30. (today) – and it’s my first full day in Bora Bora, a trip entirely paid for by MyLeadSystemPRO – my wife and I are staying in an ocean view bungalow overlooking the ocean in the Gem of the Pacific to celebrate the big 3-0, and I’ve got to say – it’s damned cool.

So far, it’s been the coolest place ever (just got in last night to a full moon highlighting the Bungalow) – this place is flipping cool. The sand is perfect, the air is the freshest I’ve ever breathed, and the food is LITERALLY probably the best food I’ve ever had at a resort. I’ve never seen an ocean this clear, and never had a chance to sleep in a house elevated over the ocean by concrete posts, either.
But I had to think, just for a moment this morning (after the hot birthday sex, of course) of how fast life can turn around when you make the right decisions. Just about 18 months ago, I was living in a van, and this month I’ve already made over $55,000 (it’s only the 17th of May).
Seriously – think about that for a minute. Before a year and a half ago, I had never even made that much in an entire year, and this month while I’m galavanting around the universe – more in 2 weeks than my previous best year (pre-2009). How in the hell did that happen?
Good decisions (click here). Like deciding that I was going to buy MLSP after one of the most frustrating days in my life, when I wanted to quit Network Marketing, or deciding that I was going to get coaching from Jeffrey Combs just to get around the people he knows, even though I didn’t really want to. Or deciding that I was going to buy ANOTHER course to learn a concept that I thought I already knew – again, and again, and again.
Sometimes, to get to the big money, you’ve got to make a lot of little decisions – like deciding that you’re going to wake up early, stay up late, implement an idea when you’re on the brink of exhaustion, or just ‘be a little different’ in everything you do. Sometimes when you want to move forward, you’ve got to look backward and see what has worked for others who are highlighting the path.
So I’m 30 now, and life is just getting fun. I think to celebrate I’ll… go Kayaking, maybe go hang out in the hammock that’s in the middle of a protruding beach (a bit of a swim – very cool having a hammock in the middle of the ocean) drink out of some coconuts and go get a massage
I hope that you make the decisions you need to make to change your life, it IS worth it, but only if you take action can you eat the fruit of prosperity.
I’ll see you on the beaches of the world.
P.S. My coaching workshop starting on May 31st, 2011 at 8pm only has 10 seats left (someone nabbed one of the spots this morning while I was swimming in the Pacific). If you want to learn the skills to change your business now, grab your spot here (opens in a new window)
