6 Ways To Make Money With Webinars – Part Two

This is part two if the 3 part mini series on 6 ways to make money with webinars. If you haven’t already read the first part, click here right now. Otherwise keep reading, these two are great:

3. Product Creation And Testing

Believe it or not, people sell webinars for thousands of dollars! It’s quite simple. You just have to record a few one hour webinars on a subject that’s hot in your niche. Webinars are great for marketing, but also content delivery. You can package info products in a few PDF’s, videos, audios or even webinars. The other day some guy sent me a private invitation to buy a series of 10 webinars for $2000.

The product was 10 interviews with 10 of the most influential people in the Internet Marketing niche. Not a bad product right? If you think about it people charge thousands for a weekend seminar with a few successful entrepreneurs. The product I was invited to purchase wasn’t actually created at the time. The webinars were live so each week for 10 weeks a webinar would be held. That’s one webinar product idea, but really you can teach anything in a webinar. It’s the same as any other video/PDF information product.

Webinars are also perfect for testing a new products before launch. I know for a fact that some of the biggest names in online marketing do this. When they have a new product, they’ll hold a webinar where they give part of it away. Towards the end they’ll pitch the full product and send all attendees to the sales page. Doing so allows them to test their new product’s conversion rates, get feedback, social proof and more.

4. Private Coaching/Consulting

This one is huge and I personally use it to bank a small fortune from time to time. Private coaching has always been a goldmine for successful people. Unfortunately you can’t do this model unless you’re entirely successful in what you do. As soon as you become a true success in your industry, you can charge hundreds or thousands for a single webinar with someone. People just starting out in your industry will be glad to pay you for a chance to pick your brain.

Or large companies will be happy to write you pretty substantial checks for a few hours of private consulting. Webinars are great for one on one coaching or even group sessions. There are no geographical restrictions, people can jump on them from anywhere and even have their questions answered live. If you know a lot about SEO for example, you could offer a private webinar consultation for local businesses.

Again, this will only work if you know a lot about 1 marketing strategy or are super successful in your niche. If you’re a famous Internet Marketer, you can charge thousands for a couple hours of your time. Even though you may have made it in the industry by following basic principles, it doesn’t matter because you have social proof. So people will pay you anything to learn “the secrets”.

Why do you think super successful marketers offer private coaching? If they’re so rich and know how to easily make money, why do they bother? It’s because its even easier money to charge thousands for private coaching and consulting. If you’re not super successful but know a marketing strategy like the back of your hand, charge local business for consulting. From there you can sell them a service.
